Quality and delivery reliability as a fundamental principle

For us, quality is not a standalone goal, but an integrated part of the way we work. We have built a strong quality culture where every task is planned, executed and checked with a focus on precision and traceability. This means that we systematically prevent errors instead of merely correcting them when they occur.

Delivery reliability is just as central to us as the quality of what we deliver. Agreed schedules are binding, and we work with clear processes, realistic time estimates and continuous follow-up to ensure that we deliver on time – every time. For our customers, this means fewer interruptions, better planning and greater confidence in the collaboration. When quality and delivery go hand in hand, customers can rely on both the result and the time they receive it.

Quality Management and Certifications

Our quality management is structured so that every order can be tracked from quotation to finished product. With ISO 9001 clear procedures are ensured for everything from purchasing and planning to production, inspection, and delivery. This means clearly defined areas of responsibility, approved work instructions, and systematic handling of deviations and improvements. All essential steps are recorded in the system, allowing full documentation of what has been done, when, and by whom. For the customer, this provides consistent quality, fewer errors, and high delivery reliability.

ISO 3834 is the quality management system specifically for welding. It sets requirements for welding procedures (WPS), qualified welders, approved materials, and ongoing inspection of welds. Each weld can be traced back to the welder, material batch, and approved procedure. This increases safety in load-bearing structures and reduces the risk of hidden defects. At the same time, the standard ensures that all inspections are documented, providing full traceability for critical joints at all times.

With EN 1090, certification has been obtained to manufacture load-bearing steel structures for construction. The certification includes, among other things, CE marking, structural documentation, material control, and final inspection of the finished components. Each component receives a unique ID, making it possible to document which materials have been used, which inspections have been carried out, and which requirements the structure has been designed to meet. This provides assurance for the client, consultants, and authorities alike.

In practice, the quality work is reflected in specific workflows: Incoming materials are checked against certificates, and batch numbers are recorded in the order file. Before production, drawings and requirements are reviewed, and any necessary inspection plans are prepared. During production, dimensional checks, visual weld inspections, and, if required, NDT are carried out. Before delivery, a final inspection is performed, where dimensions, surface, documentation, and marking are checked. Deviations are recorded and analysed to prevent recurrence. In this way, it is demonstrated in day-to-day operations that quality and delivery reliability are an integral part of the way work is carried out – not just a stamp on a certificate.
